CLOTHER 1.0 application automatically converts clothing to the skin texture resolution you are using, so you don't have to worry about it.
CLOTHER 1.0 can operate with Poser 4 or Poser 5 in Real-time, so you don't have to close Poser to change the clothes configuration.
